By focusing solely on bookkeeping, I am able to offer dedicated and detailed attention to ensure your transactions are being accounted for with accuracy and timeliness. 

I charge a flat rate fee per month. We can discuss your specific business needs and figure out how I can best serve you. 

Yes, I no longer have my Redwood City office location & work entirely remotely. I specialize in and exclusively use QuickBooks. 

While I no longer personally prepare tax returns, I have built partnerships with trusted CPAs and tax preparers who I am happy to engage if needed. I can also work directly with your tax professional to ensure your filings are taken care of each tax season.

I'll need to receive your business bank statements (along with other necessary statements & documents) each month. I can set up your bank account to sync directly with QuickBooks so that you can "set it and forget it," while I take care of your bookkeeping. I can also utilize secure cloud based software for document delivery.
